Andrew is the Director and Founder of Stellium. He has over 15 years of capital markets experience working with growth companies in the UK as well as internationally.

Claire Bowden

Claire has a wealth of experience working in the smaller company space having worked for a number of boutique firms and banks in both the UK and Australia.

Andrew Wilson

Director

Before founding Stellium, Andrew spent 14 years working in capital markets related roles focused on growth companies and natural resources. He has extensive experience in capital raising for mining, oil and gas, and renewable energy businesses both privately and also listed on public exchanges (AIM, TSX and ASX).

Previous roles included running the UK desk for the independent Canadian investment dealer, Haywood Securities; as a Director in CIBC’s Institutional Equities Division specialising in mining equities; and as the mining specialist salesperson for a leading small-mid cap Stockbroking firm in London. Andrew started his career in Investment Management focused on European Equities with a major Japanese Bank in London.

Claire Bowden

Consultant

Claire Bowden joined Stellium following a 15 year career in equity sales and corporate broking, most recently as a Director of Cantor Fitzgerald Europe. Previously she was head of small company sales at a leading UK stockbroking firm focusing on AIM listed and FTSE 250 companies.

She has international experience in Australia and SE Asia as well as extensive experience working with UK growth companies and successful capital raising across a range of geographies and sectors, notably retail, property, industrials, technology, materials and energy.

Claire has a particular interest in environmental social and governance (ESG) factors and advising smaller companies on improving their strategy in this area to better access this increasing pool of funding.
