From investment narrative to investor access — Stellium combines deep capital markets experience with modern communications to help ambitious companies stand out and raise capital.
Institutional investors are inundated with opportunities. Retail investors are overwhelmed with noise. Growth companies competing for attention and capital face a fundamental challenge: being heard by the right people, with the right message, at the right time.
Most management teams are brilliant operators. But investor communications is a distinct discipline. It requires capital markets fluency, narrative craft, and access to the right networks. That’s precisely what Stellium provides.
As an outsourced advisory model, we give growth companies access to senior capital markets expertise without the overhead of a full-time IR hire — at a fraction of the cost, and with the flexibility to scale.
We take on a limited number of engagements to ensure genuine attention and accountability. If we can’t add value, we’ll tell you — and we’ll likely know someone who can.
Client details anonymised where required. Outcomes are representative of actual engagements.

Management of a private copper exploration company with a South East Asian asset were looking to meet potential investors for a first round capital raise.

I founded Stellium in 2016 after 15 years working inside capital markets — at CIBC’s Institutional Equities Division, at Canadian independent dealer Haywood Securities, and as a specialist salesperson for a leading London stockbroker. Before that, I began my career in investment management with a major Japanese bank, focused on large-cap European equities.
That background matters. Most IR advisors come from communications or PR. I come from the investor side. I know how fund managers evaluate companies, what makes an investment case convincing, and how to build the relationships that lead to capital allocation.
Stellium works with growth companies across the capital markets lifecycle: pre-IPO positioning, listed company IR, capital raises, and strategic communications. We focus on natural resources, renewables, and technology — sectors where narrative quality can genuinely move the dial.
We take on a limited number of engagements to ensure genuine attention and accountability. If we can’t add value, we’ll tell you — and we’ll likely know someone who can.
Most management teams are too close to their own business to see what investors actually see. The Investor-Ready Audit gives you an independent, capital markets-informed assessment of your communications, narrative, and digital presence — and a clear plan to improve them.
Conducted personally by Andrew Wilson, drawing on 15 years of institutional capital markets experience. Not a generic report — a frank, specific assessment of your company.
