When the company approached the market, the stronger institutional understanding translated directly into better terms.
The company was undertaking a £30M capital raise on AIM with a lead broker whose investor relationships were predominantly domestic.
Stellium worked formally under the lead agent and identified and engaged a targeted group of international investors. Our introductions accounted for approximately £5M of the total raise.
Management of a private copper exploration company with a South East Asian asset were looking to meet potential investors for a first round capital raise.
