We were founded on a straightforward observation: most growth companies have a compelling story to tell, but lack the communications infrastructure and investor access to tell it effectively. We bridge that gap — combining strategic advisory, investor relations, corporate access, and digital communications into integrated programmes that drive investor awareness and support capital raising.
Over a decade, we have worked with more than 30 companies across mining, oil and gas, renewables and technology — supporting in excess of £30 million in capital raised and building investor followings on six continents.
15 years on the investor side
I founded Stellium in 2016 after 15 years working inside capital markets — at CIBC's Institutional Equities Division, at Canadian independent dealer Haywood Securities, and as a specialist salesperson for a leading London stockbroker. Before that, I began my career in investment management with a major Japanese bank, focused on large-cap European equities.
That background matters. Most IR advisors come from communications or PR. I come from the investor side. I know how fund managers evaluate companies, what makes an investment case convincing, and how to build the relationships that lead to capital allocation.
Stellium works with growth companies across the capital markets lifecycle: pre-IPO positioning, listed company IR, capital raises, and strategic communications. We focus on natural resources, renewables, and technology — sectors where narrative quality can genuinely move the dial.
