Investor-Ready Audit — Stellium

Fixed fee · Two weeks · No obligation beyond

Your investor story, honestly assessed.

Most listed companies have a credibility gap between how management sees the business and how the market reads it. The Investor-Ready Audit finds it — before your next capital raise, roadshow, or announcement.

The problem

The market doesn’t reward
the best company.
It rewards the best-understood one.

“Capital is more selective than ever. Being good isn’t enough. You need to be understood.” — Andrew Wilson, Founder, Stellium

What’s included

Six deliverables.
One clear picture.

The Investor-Ready Audit is a structured, senior-led review of your current investor communications position — across every channel and touchpoint that matters to institutional and retail investors.

01 — Narrative
Investment Narrative Review
Assessment of your core investment case — clarity, differentiation, and how it lands against comparable peers. Where is it strong? Where is it leaking value?
02 — Digital
Digital Presence Audit
LinkedIn, website, and social channels reviewed against best-in-class investor comms standards. Specific, prioritised recommendations — not generic advice.
03 — Announcements
RNS & Disclosure Review
Review of recent regulatory announcements — structure, narrative coherence, and effectiveness of follow-through communication.
04 — Competitors
Peer Benchmarking
Your IR programme measured against 3–5 comparable listed companies. Where are you ahead? Where are you losing ground you shouldn’t be?
05 — Gaps
Opportunity Gap Analysis
Specific channels, audiences, and moments where your current programme is underperforming — and what the upside looks like.
06 — Roadmap
Prioritised Action Plan
A clear, sequenced set of recommendations — what to fix first, what to fix next, and what to build for the long term. Implementable with or without Stellium.

Day 14+

The path forward

Start with clarity.
Build from there.

The Audit is designed as a gateway — not a one-off. Most clients who commission one go on to an ongoing engagement, because the findings make the next step obvious. Here’s how it works.

This is for you if —

  • You’re listed on AIM, TSX, or ASX — or preparing for IPO
  • You’re in Mining & Resources, Renewables, Technology, or Oil & Gas
  • Your investor communications have stalled or feel disconnected from operational progress
  • You’re preparing for a capital raise, roadshow, or major announcement
  • The CEO or founder is directly involved in IR decisions
  • You want an honest outside view — not reassurance

What comes next —

  • You receive the full Audit report and action plan — yours to keep regardless
  • If there’s a fit for ongoing work, we’ll discuss it — no pressure, your decision
  • The £1,500 Audit fee is credited toward your first retainer month if you proceed within 30 days
  • Retainer engagements start from £2,500/month — structured around what the Audit identifies
  • Every ongoing engagement is built on what we’ve already found together — no wasted time, no generic scope
The investor side of the table.

Andrew Wilson founded Stellium in 2016 after 15 years inside capital markets — at CIBC’s Institutional Equities Division, at Canadian independent dealer Haywood Securities, and as a specialist salesperson for a leading London stockbroker.

Most IR advisors come from communications or PR. Andrew comes from the investor side — he knows how fund managers evaluate companies, what makes an investment case convincing, and how to build the relationships that lead to capital allocation.

Questions

Frequently asked.

Is there any obligation to take on a retainer after the Audit?
None whatsoever. The Audit is a standalone product. You receive the report and can act on it however you choose. If there’s a natural fit for ongoing work with Stellium, we’ll have that conversation — but it’s entirely your decision.
Who actually does the work?
Andrew Wilson conducts every Audit personally. Stellium operates as a boutique by design — there are no junior analysts or outsourced reviewers involved in your engagement.
What do you need from us?
A short briefing questionnaire (10 minutes), a 30-minute discovery call, and access to publicly available information about your company. We don’t need extensive internal documents — the Audit is designed to assess how your company is being perceived externally.
We’re pre-IPO. Is the Audit still relevant?
Yes. Pre-IPO companies often benefit most from the Audit — understanding where your narrative, digital presence, and investor-facing materials stand before you go public is significantly less costly than fixing them after listing.
What exchanges do you cover?
Our primary markets are AIM (London), TSX/TSXV (Canada), and ASX (Australia). We work across Mining & Resources, Renewables & Energy, Technology, and Oil & Gas.
What happens if we want to work together after the Audit?
Stellium offers three retainer tiers — Visibility (£2,500/mo), IR Growth (£4,000/mo), and Strategic Partner (£6,500/mo) — all on 6-month minimum terms. The Audit fee is credited toward your first month if you proceed within 30 days.
